§ 37.10 ADOPTING THE NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NIMS).
   (A)   All departments and offices of the village shall utilize the Incident Management System prescribed by the Department of Homeland Security, as implemented by the State of Ohio Department of Public Safety Homeland Security.
   (B)   The Village Manager shall determine the timetable and steps necessary for the implementation of section.
   (C)   The village will begin training on NIMS and revise the village's Emergency Operations Plan as soon as possible.
