§ 36.10 RECOVERY OF USER FEES FOR POLICE AND FIRE EMERGENCY SERVICES.
   (A)   The village hereby adopts a policy that it shall attempt to recover any and all costs incurred by it in carrying out its police and/or fire duties while performing emergency services, including but not limited to the provision of personnel, supplies, equipment, medical care, extinguishment of fires, and debris.
   (B)   The Chief of the Police Department/Fire Department shall establish reasonable fees to be charged for the delivery of such services, including the repair or replacement costs of any equipment damaged in connection with the delivery of such services.
   (C)   Such fees will be charged and billed to the individual or company who or which is the beneficiary of such services, and/or his, her or its insurance carrier.
