§ 36.02 POSITIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS.
   The Police Department is authorized to employ up to 18 police officers of various positions and classifications. Positions and classifications within the Department shall be established by the Village Manager after consultation with the Chief of Police. The Department may employ dispatchers, clerks, or other administrative personnel as needed. Compensation for all Police Department employees shall be established by Council.
