§ 155.16 APPROVAL NOT ACCEPTANCE.

Approval of a subdivision improvement plan or record plat shall not constitute acceptance of any public improvement, including any street or road shown or indicated by ordinance thereon. Acceptance may only be obtained by approval of Council pursuant to §§ 155.17 through 155.20.
