§ 154.60 SOLICITOR AUTHORIZED TO PREVENT VIOLATION; REMEDIES.
   In case any structure is or is intended to be erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired, converted, moved, or maintained, or any structure or land is or is intended to be used, in violation of the provisions of this Zoning Code, the Village Solicitor, in addition to the remedies provided for in the statutes of the State of Ohio and this Zoning Code, is authorized to prevent such unlawful erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, conversion, moving, maintenance or use, or to restrain, correct, or abate such violation.
