All construction and structures shall comply with at least the following minimum requirements:
(A) The minimum industrial site in this district shall be two acres on which there shall be located not more than one principal building and such accessory buildings as are necessary to the principal use of the property.
(B) The total ground area to be occupied by structures shall not exceed 50% of the site area.
(C) All structures shall be set back at least 50 feet from any street property line and at least 20 feet from any interior property line.
