§ 154.36 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.
   No building shall exceed three stories or 35 feet in height, except as provided in § 154.51.

§ 154.37 SIZE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No room, office, or working area, intended for human occupancy shall have an area of less than 80 square feet.
   (B)   No room, office, or working area, intended for human occupancy shall have a ceiling height of less than eight feet.

§ 154.38 REQUIRED MINIMUM AREA AND DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES.
   All construction and structures shall comply with at least the following minimum requirements:
   (A)   The minimum industrial site in this district shall be 20 acres on which there shall be located not more than one principal building and such accessory buildings as are necessary to the principal use of the property.
   (B)   Total ground area to be occupied by structures shall not exceed 50% of the site area.
   (C)   All structures shall be set back at least 100 feet from any street property line and at least 25 feet from any interior lot line.
