No person or corporation generating current for electric light, heat or power in the City shall connect its system or furnish current for electrical purposes to any building or premises which has not been inspected and approved by the Building Official. Any person or corporation shall, upon written notice from the Building Official to do so, immediately disconnect such building or premises from its source of current.
