A. Application Required: No culinary water shall be furnished to any user from the town without an application filed by the applicant on a printed form to be furnished by the department of public works office. (1980 Code § 14-105)
B. Contents Of Application: All applicants shall state fully and truly the purpose for which water is required and shall agree to conform to and be governed by the rules and regulations that may be prescribed by the town council, for the control of the water supply. The applicant shall also, in his application, agree to be responsible for and pay all bills due the town for all materials and/or labor furnished, as well as for all water supplied to the premises.
