Any person or persons building, occupying or allowing any structure to be occupied in the town is required to keep all exits required by building codes to remain permanently free and clear of any snow accumulation or buildup at all times. Violation of this section shall be a class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2006-O-3, 5-18-2006; amd. 2010 Code)
