ORDINANCE NO. 525
13-217.   FINES AND PENALTIES.
Any person violating any provision of Article 2 of Chapter 13 of this code shall be subject to criminal prosecution and shall be subject to a fine of not to exceed $500 for each occurrence of a violation, and a term of confinement in jail of not more than one month for each such occurrence. (Ord. 519, Sec. 2; Code 2019)
