(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to or to cause others to throw, place, drop, leave, propel by use of a mowing device or otherwise deposit any trash, mud, dirt, grass, other mowed clippings or any other material, in the street or the gutter of any street in the city and to leave the same in such street or gutter for a period of more than 6 hours.
(b) It shall be unlawful to place any boxes, barrels, signs, parked vehicles or any other obstruction upon any street, sidewalk, avenue or alley.
(c) It shall be unlawful for any person to stand in or be upon any street or sidewalk crossing so as to unnecessarily prevent, interrupt or obstruct travel over such street or sidewalk.
(d) It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, permit or maintain any gate that will block any sidewalk or swing over or otherwise go over any portion of any city street. (Ord. 519, Sec. 1; Code 2019)
