There is hereby incorporated by reference, as if set out in full herein, a floodplain management ordinance in narrative form, outlining and describing the intention of the city for future development or redevelopment of the City of Alma, Kansas, all in accordance with K.S.A. 12-741 et seq. and specifically K.S.A. 12-766.
