15-702.   RATES AND CHARGES.
   (a)   City Residential Customers: A monthly base charge of $10.75 for each meter location, so long as the meter is in place and gas service is available for usage at that location, regardless of whether any gas is consumed. In addition to the monthly base charge, a monthly charge for each mcf of gas (or part thereof) consumed at each meter location, computed as follows: The actual cost of each mcf of gas purchased by the city as reflected by the most recent past billing plus a margin above such cost of $1.95 per each mcf of gas consumed.  
      (Example: Cost of gas to City $3 per mcf, plus $1.95 margin equals $4.95 per mcf billed to consumer).
   (b)   Suburban Customers: A monthly base charge of $10.75 for each meter location, so long as the meter is in place and gas service is available for usage at that location, regardless of whether any gas is consumed. In addition to the monthly base charge, a monthly charge for each mcf of gas (or part thereof) consumed at each meter location, computed as follows: The actual cost of each mcf gas purchased by the city as reflected by the most recent past billing plus a margin above such cost of $1.95 per each mcf of gas consumed.
      (Example: Cost of gas to City $3 per mcf, plus $1.95 margin equals $4.95 per mcf billed to consumer)
   (c)   Jurisdictional Customers: A monthly base charge of $10.75 for each meter location, so long as the meter is in place and gas service is available for usage at that location, regardless of whether any gas is consumed. In addition to the monthly base charge, a monthly charge for each mcf of gas (or part thereof) consumed at each meter location, computed as follows: The actual cost of each mcf of gas purchased by the city as reflected by the most recent past billing plus a margin above such cost of $1.95 per each mcf of gas consumed.  
      (Example: Cost of gas to City $3 per mcf, plus $1.95 margin equals $4.95 per mcf billed to consumer).
   (d)   Industrial Customers: A monthly base charge of $125 for each meter location, so long as the meter is in place and gas service is available for usage at that location, regardless of whether any gas is consumed. In addition to the monthly base charge, a monthly charge for each mcf of gas (or part thereof) consumed at each meter location, computed as follows: The actual cost of each mcf of gas purchased by the city as reflected by the most recent past billing plus a margin above such cost of $1.95 per each mcf of gas consumed.

   (e)   Commercial Customers: A monthly base charge of $15 for each meter location, so long as the meter is in place and gas service is available for usage at that location, regardless of whether any gas is consumed. In addition to the monthly base charge, a monthly charge for each mcf of gas (or part thereof) consumed at each meter location, computed as follows: The actual cost of each mcf of gas purchased by the city as reflected by the most recent past billing plus a margin above such cost of $1.95 per each mcf of gas consumed.

   (f)   City of McFarland: A monthly base charge of $200, so long as the meter is in place and gas service is available for usage at that location, regardless of whether any gas is consumed. In addition to the monthly base charge, a monthly charge for each mcf of gas (or part thereof) consumed at each meter location, computed as follows: The actual cost of each mcf of gas purchased by the city as reflected by the most recent past billing plus a margin above such cost of $2.05 per each mcf of gas consumed.
      (Example: Cost of gas to City $3 per mcf, plus $2.05 margin equals $5.05 per mcf billed to consumer)
