Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time provided for in section 15-436, shall be guilty of an ordinance violation, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $1,000 for each violation. Each 24 hour period in which such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the city by reason of such violation.
