14-207.   PARKING TRUCKS AND TRAILERS ON RESIDENTIAL STREETS.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful for any person to park or cause to be parked any truck tractor and/or semi-trailer owned or under the physical control of such person, on any residential street in the City of Alma. This section shall not apply to vehicles owned by the United States of America, the state and the city.
   (b)   Every person convicted of a violation of this section shall be punished as follows:
      (1)   First conviction, a fine of not more than $100 or imprisonment for not more than 10 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment;
      (2)   For a second conviction within one year after the first conviction, a fine of not more than $200 or imprisonment for not more than 20 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment;
      (3)   For a third conviction within one year of the first conviction, a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than 6 months or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 389; Code 2015)
