13-501. NUMBERS REQUIRED.

All lots and parts of lots abutting any street or avenue in the city shall be numbered and all business buildings, dwelling houses and other structures located thereon shall have numbers affixed thereto by the owners or the agents of the owners thereof, as hereinafter designated. (Ord. 201, Sec. 1)
