13-410.   SNOW EMERGENCY WARNING NOTICE.
The City Superintendent or other authorized representative may, upon determination that a snow emergency is likely, give notice of such likelihood by placing a flashing light or lights at any point or points along any emergency snow route. In that event, all vehicles parked along an emergency snow route shall be moved within a reasonable time. If such vehicles are not moved within a reasonable time, as determined by the City Superintendent or authorized representative, such vehicles may be moved at the owners’ expense.
