Any person or persons who shall willfully destroy, mutilate, injure or remove any tomb, monument, grave stone, grave marker, or other structure placed in the cemetery grounds, or any part thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $500, or confined in the jail of Wabaunsee County, Kansas, for a term of not exceeding 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
