Upon conviction of a violation of Sections
11-206:
11-213, the court shall impose a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $499. Upon a second conviction, within a three-year period, the court shall impose a fine of not less than $200, nor more than $499. (Ord. 406; Code 2015)
