7-306.   SAME; EXCEPTION; SALE OF FIREWORKS.
Any person who has first obtained a valid permit to sell fireworks within the city may do so between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight commencing June 27th through July 5th of each year. (Ord. 464; Code 2015)
