(a) No person shall use, or cause to be used, any citizens band radio equipment which is not authorized by the Federal Communications Commission.
(b) No person shall operate, or cause to be operated, any citizens band radio equipment on radio frequencies other than between 24 MHz and 35 MHz.
(c) A violation of either subsection of this section shall be a first degree misdemeanor subject to the penalties set forth in Section 501.99.
