(a) No person shall throw, cast, eject, discharge, or cause to be thrown, cast, ejected or discharged into or upon any parade, parade route, lawful public assembly or place of lawful public assembly, any substance capable of causing injury or damage to persons or property or which is or may become noxious, offensive, injurious or dangerous to the public health, comfort or safety; including but not limited to glass, stones, metal objects, food substances, water an other liquid substances.
Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the throwing of confetti or other paper substances not capable of causing injury or damage to persons or property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
