521.14 USE OR POSSESSION OF TOBACCO OR TOBACCO PRODUCTS BY MINORS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   Use or possession of tobacco or tobacco products by a minor is prohibited within the City.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
