521.11 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN AND NEAR THE ENTRANCES TO CITY BUILDINGS AND VEHICLES.
   (a)   Smoking is prohibited in all City-owned buildings and vehicles.
   (b)   Smoking is prohibited within ten (10) feet of any of the entrances of all City-owned buildings. This prohibition shall not apply to persons who are merely traveling at the entrance to another destination.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
