505.20 COSTS TO BE PAID BY RESPONSIBLE PERSON.

Reasonable costs incurred by the Director of Public Safety and Service in seizing, impounding or confining any dangerous animal, pursuant to the provisions of Section 505.18 shall be charged against the owner, keeper or harborer of such animal and shall be paid to the Auditor. (Ord. 58-85. Passed 7-15-85.)
