505.28 PROPERTY DAMAGE BY ANIMALS.
   (a)   No person being the owner or in charge or control of any animal shall permit such animal to go or remain or permit such animal form entering upon the private property of another and from chasing, damaging or destroying any property therein.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor; if the animal causing the damage is a dog, a violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
