143.03 USER FEE FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT AT SCENE OF MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
   (a)   The City of Alliance Fire Department shall initiate a user fee for the delivery of Fire Department services, personnel, supplies and equipment to the scene of Motor Vehicle Accidents. The rate of the use fee shall be that which is the costs incurred, which includes any services, personnel, supplies and equipment and may fluctuate based on the services provided.
   (b)   The user fee shall be filed with the Motor Vehicle Insurance Carrier, representing an add-on-cost of the claim for damages of the vehicles, property and/or injuries.
   (c)   The Safety/Service Director is authorized and directed to contract with a company specializing in the billing of Fire Department services for Motor Vehicle accidents, for the collection of such user fees as a result of Fire Department services being provided.
