183.10 SHARING.

For enterprises located within both the City of Alliance and the Marlington Local School District, a special consideration shall be given by the Negotiating Board and the Tax Review Board to obtain an equitable division of real and personal property taxes between the Alliance City School District and the Marlington Local School District.
