(a) The Commission on Citizen Relations shall consult with the Mayor on all matters involving racial, religious or ethnic prejudice or discrimination and recommend such legislative or administrative action as it may deem appropriate to effectuate the policy of this chapter. The Commission shall render an annual report to the Mayor and City Council in January of each year.
(b) The Commission shall perform such further duties as may be delegated to it by the Mayor and City Council.
