178.02 COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT.

The Commission on Citizen Relations shall consist of seven (7) members which shall include the President of Council, the Law Director, the Chairman of the Safety and Judiciary Committee of Council and four (4) other members to be appointed by the Mayor with approval of the City Council. Members of the Commission shall be chosen from among residents.
