177.08 PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBLE.

The Program Administrator shall be responsible for loan services, including the execution of default and delinquent payment procedures as specified in the RLF loan agreement. Loan repayments and interest will be managed by the Program Administrator in accordance with its agreement with the City.
