177.07 AWARDING LOAN.

The Program Administrator and the EDPSC will utilize the RLF Program Guidelines and the financial soundness of each project as basis for the evaluation of projects. Council will ultimately determine the actual amount to be disbursed based upon Council's authorization of an RLF loan.
