(a) An application procedure will be established by the City requiring application
submittals to include:
(1) A three-year proforma of income and expenses;
(2) Documentation of program compliance;
(3) Financial statements of all developers and tenants involved; and
(4) Letters of commitment on private financial sources, developer intent and tenant commitment when appropriate.
(b) A nonrefundable application fee shall be paid by the applicant at the time of the filing of the application. No application will be accepted without the application fee.
