160.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter or interfering with the operation of the Green Commission shall be, upon conviction or a plea of guilty, subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each act constituting noncompliance with this chapter shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 76-10. Passed 9-20-10.)
