160.04 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
   It shall be the responsibility of the Commission to study, investigate, counsel and develop and/or update, and administer a written Sustainability Plan. Such Plan will be presented to City Council within one year of the creation of the Commission and upon its acceptance and approval by City Council shall constitute the official Sustainability Plan for the City of Alliance, Ohio. The Plan shall be updated at least every five years. The Commission, when requested by the City Council shall consider, investigate, make findings, report, and recommend upon any special matter of question coming within the scope of its work.
