The Commission members are subject to the attendance policy and procedure hereby adopted by Council and any member who misses three consecutive meetings or Commission events, or whose overall attendance at regular meetings or Commission events for any twelve month period falls below seventy-five percent (75%) has automatically vacated his/her seat. The Commission shall at once notify the Council that a vacancy exists. (Ord. 2-16. Passed 1-4-16.)
