176.11 REPORTS.
   From time to time, at the request of Council and/or the Mayor, the Commission shall submit to Council a written report of its activities and plans of which these documents shall be retained as part of the official City records. Subject to the approval of the Mayor and/or Director of Public Safety and Service, the facilities and personnel of the City shall be made available to assist the Commission in carrying out its functions.
