The Auditor of the City of Alliance is authorized and directed to establish Downtown Special Events Revenue-Donations Code No. 269-0-120-41119 and Downtown Special Events Expenditure Code No. 269-3-401-53133 for the purpose of receiving donations and contributions and providing for the necessary expenditures from said codes for the Downtown Special Events Committee. All monies raised, contributed or donated to the Downtown Special Events Committee shall be maintained with strict governmental accountability and subject to audit by the Alliance City Auditor’s Office and State Auditor.
