176.09 FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES.

The Downtown Special Events Commission shall commence with fund raising activities to solicit donations and contributions in order to provide for downtown special events without the necessity of spending tax dollars for social events during the troubled economic times facing the Alliance City residents. (Ord. 18-08. Passed 3-3-08.)
