175.03 MEETINGS; RECORD.
   The Commission shall meet not less than four (4) times per year. The members of the Commission shall regularly attend meetings and public hearings of the Commission. Members shall serve without compensation except for reimbursement of authorized expenses attendant to the performance of their duties. The Commission shall have the power to adopt rules and regulations for its operation. The Commission shall hold an organization meeting in January of each even-numbered year and shall elect a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Secretary from among the voting members before proceeding to any other business. The Commission shall keep a record of proceedings. Newly appointed members shall be installed at the first regular meeting after their appointment.
   The Executive Director shall submit a report to Council after each regular meeting of the Commission, showing the cumulative attendance of each member, with notation of members who have been absent from three (3) consecutive meetings.
