The purpose of the Alliance Litter Control Advisory Board is to advise in the development and implementation of the local litter control program and with the approval of the local government shall:
(a) Provide recommendations and direction to the local government in developing program goals and objectives;
(b) Make recommendations concerning the selection of the program manager;
(c) Advise the local government concerning the implementation of the program;
(d) Provide an opportunity for public input into the grant application and program development process; and
(e) Carry out any further responsibilities as required by the Office of Litter Control of the State of Ohio.
