Suppliers and non-construction contractors will be required to state whether or not their company has an affirmative action program. In the event that such program is found to exist, a copy, with documentation, will be submitted to the Affirmative Action Officer for review. In the event that the company or supplier has not prepared an affirmative action program, the "Employer's Manual on Affirmative Action in employment" will be remitted to such company, permitting them to develop an affirmative action program.
