169.03 AFFIRMATIVE ACTION OFFICER.
   There is presently established in the Department of Community Development the position of Affirmative Action Officer. The duties of the Affirmative Action Officer are to administer and enforce the City's equal employment opportunity commitments established by this chapter and the subsequent procedures designed to effectuate this plan. Also, all determinations as to compliance to this program shall be met by the contracting parties for such purposes. The Affirmative Action Officer shall have the full cooperation to secure pertinent information from all City departments, inclusive of the Department of Community Development, and any independent agencies who may be under contract with the City.
