1731.07 REMOVAL OF RATPROOFING; NEW OPENINGS.

No occupant, owner, contractor, public utility company, plumber or any other person shall remove the ratproofing or rat stoppage from any building for any purpose and fail to restore the same in a satisfactory condition. No person shall make any new openings that are not closed or sealed against the entrance of rats.
