1731.04 RATPROOFED BUILDINGS TO BE KEPT FREE OF RATS.

When any business building or nonbusiness building has been ratproofed and rat stopped, as provided in this chapter, the occupant thereof shall cause any such building to be freed of rats and kept free of rats. Failure to do so shall be an offense under the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 48-62. Passed 6-4-62.)
