1731.02 RATPROOFING REQUIRED.

All business buildings of the City shall be ratproofed, freed of rats and maintained in a ratproof and rat-free condition. All nonbusiness buildings of the City shall be rat stopped, freed of rats and maintained in a rat-stopped and rat-free condition in accordance with established specifications and under the supervision of the Health Commissioner.
