Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter or any order by an enforcing official made pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor upon the first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree upon each subsequent offense. Each day of a continuing violation shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
