The violation of any provision of the Housing Regulations as now or hereafter promulgated and adopted by the City Board of Health shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable by imprisonment of up to six months and a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000). Each and every violation shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense, and each day's continued violation shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
