The Housing Regulations promulgated and adopted by the City Board of Health, as now established or as the same may be, from time to time, amended, supplemented, or modified, a copy of which in their present form is attached to original Ordinance 84-90 as Exhibit "A", are hereby adopted and ratified by Council as a part of the Codified Ordinances.
